These are soooo moist and yummy & the recipe is inspired from paleomg.com!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup almond meal
2 eggs
1/4 cup raw honey
1/6 cup shredded coconut
1/6 cup coconut oil
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup of blueberries
Pinch of salt and cinnamon
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350
Makes about 8-10 muffins with about 250 calories each! :)
